Yoga in the Park

Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Historical Park Tours

Join Ranger (and certified yoga teacher) Jen Jackson for a yoga practice on the Forest Center lawn (or indoors at the Forest Center during inclimate weather). 

You'll link breath with movement in these fun, flowing, asana practices. The 1-hour class is for students of all levels of experience with options to make each pose your own. In addition to getting your body moving, the class will also offer opportunities for thoughtful reflection and mindfulness meditation focusing on connecting with nature at your National Park.


A limited amount of yoga mats will be available to borrow. Please bring your own if possible. Students should bring a towel and water bottle. Those with their own yoga blocks and cushions are encouraged to bring them as well.


Class will be held outside when possible, so dress accordingly. 


Class will begin promptly at the designated time. Please arrive early enough to get settled in. The walk from the parking lot to the Forest Center is approximately 10 minutes.
