Yosemite National Park Ticketed Entry
Reservations go on sale at 7 am Pacific Time daily 48 hours in advance and on July 1st, August 1st, and September 1st for one month in advance. You MUST arrive on the day you reserved during day use hours 5 am - 11 pm PT. Once your reservation is validated at the park your day use access is good for 7 consecutive days, including the day of arrival reserved. Only one day use reservation is required for the vehicle and all occupants.

You MUST arrive on the date reserved. Once your reservation is validated at the park your day use access is good for 7 consecutive days, including day of arrival reserved. Visitors arriving on foot or bicycle do not require a day use reservation. Day use reservations must be purchased online at Recreation.gov or using the Recreation.gov mobile app. Reservations will not be sold at the park. Day use reservations are nontransferable, and resale or auction of reservations is prohibited.
Only one day use reservation is required for the vehicle and all occupants. Visitors are allowed up to 1 private vehicle or 1 motorcycle day use reservation per day. Reservation holder must be in the vehicle or on the motorcycle at the time of entry and prepared to show photo ID. Annual and Lifetime Pass discounts and terms of the pass apply for entry.
Your annual or lifetime pass is accepted for your entrance fee only. A $2 non-refundable reservation fee is required for every reservation made. If you plan on purchasing your annual or lifetime pass upon arrival, you must come prepared with a credit card. See Fees and Cancellation section for valid entrance passes.
Please have a printed or digital copy of your day use reservation available to be scanned at the park on the day of arrival and each day you enter. Pass holders must provide Annual or Lifetime Pass (if applicable) for validation or will be required to pay the entrance fee. All reservation holders be prepared to show photo ID.
Visitors MUST arrive during day use hours on arrival day reserved. Day use hours are 5 a.m. PT to 11 p.m. PT. All day use visitors are required to leave the park by 11 p.m. PT each day visiting.
Visitors with overnight reservations in the park (wilderness permits, campground or lodging) or a Half Dome permit will not need a day use reservation. Have your photo ID, Half Dome or wilderness permit, campground or lodging reservation confirmation ready to show at entrance station. Entry fee is still required.
Must be made up to 24 hours in advance for refund minus $2 reservation fee. No refunds for no shows or cancellations less than 24 hours in advance.
