Provides one private vehicle access to the Tower Junction to Slough Creek road corridor.
Reservations for private vehicles access to the Tower Junction to Slough Creek road corridor are required from August 3, 2022 – October 31, 2022. Visitors may make a reservation for up to 3 vehicles. One ticket per vehicle is required.
This reservation provides access to the Tower Junction-Slough Creek road corridor only. Ticket holders can only enter the park via the East, South, or West entrances and pay the park entrance fee at that time. The Tower Junction road corridor cannot be accessed through the North and Northeast entrances. These road corridors are closed to visitor vehicular traffic.
Visitors must print, download, or screenshot their ticket prior to arriving in Yellowstone. There is no cell service or connectivity at Tower Junction.
Visitors booking the 8:00 am window may enter between 8:00 am- 12:00 pm. Visitors booking the 12:00 pm window may enter between 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm. All day use visitors with a reservation during either time window may exit any time that same day prior to 4:30 pm.
Be alert for wildlife on or near the roadways. Keep the road clear at all times, even when watching wildlife. Use a pullout if you need to stop for any reason.
Yellowstone Fishing permits are required to fish in the park. Those with fishing permits must also obtain a vehicle day use ticket to enter the area.
Approved stock outfitters, guides with a Commercial Use Authorization (CUA), and those with backcountry overnight permits do not need a vehicle day use ticket.
