Activity Scan and Pay Passes are good for one per vehicle per day, attached to a boat trailer.
No need to carry cash, because only credit cards are accepted.
Download the Recreation.gov Mobile APP, create an account, scan the QR Code found on the Bulletin Board, and gain immediate access to the Mississippi River's Navigation Channel!
Please be aware that periodic Flooding of the river often requires closure of the boat ramp for visitor safety. Go to www.missriver.org for closure info rmation.
This location is available on a first-come, first-served basis only. Visitors are required to physically arrive at the boat ramp to purchase an Activity Pass. Once on-site, follow the posted instructions and pay for your Activity Pass by scanning the QR code using the Recreation.gov mobile app. Download and sign into the free Recreation.gov mobile app on Android or iOS prior to your arrival as some remote areas have limited cellular service: https://www.recreation.gov/mobile-app.
Activity Scan and Pay Passes are for Boat Ramp Day Use only.
If you launch a boat, you need to purchase a $5 Daily Activity Pass and display proof of purchase by hanging it on your towing vehicle's rearview mirror, facing out.
If you have a USACE Day Use Annual Pass or ATB Senior or Access Pass, you just need to display these passes appropriately for boat ramp use authorization.
