Hatchechubbee Creek Park has picnic tables, a picnic shelter, and restrooms. The park is on Walter F. George Lake. The lake extends 85 miles along the Chattahoochee River and borders the States of Alabama and Georgia. With 640 miles of shoreline, Walter F. George Lake offers plenty of room for all your favorite camping, outdoor, and water-related activities. The boat ramp is open to the public and year-round. Annual passes may be purchased but will need to be redeemed at a Campground Gatehouse or the Resource Management Office.
