Appalachia Bay Recreation Area is located on Keystone Lake west of Sand Springs, OK. Day use facilities include boat launch, sand beach, and picnic area. This pass does not include use of the ORV area. Tent and RV camping are available at Appalachia Bay Recreation Area .
Special facility fees of $5 per trailer per day for use of the ORV area may be paid in cash or check at the recreation area entrance.
All visitors at Keystone Lake are required to pay a use fee. Please be prepared to show your hard copy pass or digital pass on your mobile device.
This pass allows access for one vehicle to use any boat ramp or day use facility on the day of purchase.
Parking is not guaranteed in any area.
If you purchase an ANNUAL pass please bring your receipt to the Keystone Project Office, located at 23115 W. Wekiwa Rd, Sand Springs OK, within 14 days to obtain a hard copy of your annual pass. Office Hours are M-F 8:00 AM-4:30 PM. Alternatively you may obtain a hard copy of your annual pass at the Appalachia Bay or Washington Irving South gate houses.
