San Bernardino National Forest
Jenks Lake picnic area is for day use only, at an elevation of 6,800 feet.
This lake provides accessible picnicking and fishing from either the pier or from several fishing pads along the shore. An accessible trail also borders the lake, which starts from the parking lot.

Hand launch small boats, no power boats. No Swimming in the Lake.
No camping. However the nearest campgrounds are:
Barton Flats, San Gorgonio and South Fork Campgrounds.
Jenks Lake East Road also leads to a designated dispersed camping area, East Flats.
The use fee for private vehicles is $5 and the use fee for RV's and buses is $40. The pass is only valid for the day purchased and permits the use of day use amenities.
Please have the Recreation.gov app downloaded prior to arrival. Once purchased please write down confirmation number on provided envelope and post in vehicle dashboard.
This pass does not guarantee parking availability. For your safety, please remember that parking outside of designated areas is discouraged and visitors who park illegally may be fined and towed. This pass is valid until 6:00 PM of the date listed on the pass, and only for the date and vehicle specified for this pass.
America the Beautiful Passes: Senior, Access, Military, Gold Star, Veteran, and Golden Age Senior/Access area accepted at this site. These passes cover fees for the passholder and up to three adults per vehicle.
Passes are non-transferrable between operators, non-refundable, not replaceable if lost or stolen, and are void if altered or reproduced.
