LePage Park is the best launch point for boat-in access to Phillipi Park.
LePage Campground, adjacent to the day use area, is also reservable through Recreation.gov.
LePage Park is 7 miles east of John Day Lock and Dam and the town of Rufus, Oregon, where visitors can find amenities like food, fuel, etc.
All visitors utilizing the parking lot of the day use park and boat ramp between 15 April - 15 October, must possess a valid day use pass.
If purchasing your pass on-site using scan and pay, no printed copy will be available.
Instead, your license plate number or temporary receipt number will be used to confirm compliance.
This pass does not guarantee parking availability.
For your safety, please remember that parking outside of designated areas is discouraged and visitors who park illegally may be fined and towed.
This pass is valid until 11:59 PM of the date listed on the pass, and only for the date and vehicle specified for this pass.
Annual Passes purchased online MUST be exchanged for a permanent US Army Corps of Engineers Annual Day Use Pass plastic hang tag within 30 days.
