Bloomington East Day Use areas includes 3 sets of boat ramps and a swimming beach. All boat ramps offer courtesy docks and restroom facilities with Boat Ramp 7 featuring a covered fishing dock. The Bloomington Beach features 2 waterborne restrooms and two small outdoor showers.
The vehicle pass is valid until 11:59 PM of the date listed on the pass, and only for the date and vehicle specified for this pass.
Passes are non-transferable, non-refundable, not replaceable if lost or stolen, and are void if altered or reproduced.
Bloomington Beach is open May 1 through September 30, 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Passes are valid until 10:00p.m. of the date listed on the pass.
All visitors utilizing the boat ramp or Bloomington Beach (unless camping) must possess a valid day use pass.
If purchasing your pass on-site, no printed copy will be available. Instead, your license plate number will be used to confirm compliance.
If purchasing a pass in advance, a printed copy of your pass is recommended for your vehicle.
Visitors purchasing the Annual Pass must exchange their receipt for the plastic hang tag. For more information on exchanging for a plastic hangtag please call the Clinton Lake Project Office at (785) 843-7665.
This pass does not guarantee parking availability. For your safety, please remember that parking outside of designated areas is discouraged and visitors who park illegally may be fined and towed.
