Ouachita-Black River - Columbia Pool
The Ouachita-Black Rivers Navigation Project was begun in 1902 and is a 337-mile long waterway. The navigable area begins in Camden, AR to Jonesville, LA where it converges with the Tensas and Little Rivers to form the Black River.
The Louisiana Field Office, located in Monroe, LA, manages natural resources, recreation and flood control on the Ouachita-Black Rivers Navigation Project. Currently the Louisiana Field Office manages 21 recreation areas along the Ouachita-Black Rivers and it's tributaries, including the Boeuf River, Tensas River, Little River and the control structure at Catahoula Dam.
If purchasing your pass on-site, no printed copy will be available. Instead, your license plate number will be used to confirm compliance.
If purchasing a pass in advance, a printed copy of your pass is recommended for your vehicle.
This pass is valid until 11:59 PM of the date listed on the pass, and only for the date and vehicle specified for this pass.
If you are not launching a vessel, you do not need to purchase a pass.
Passes are non-transferrable, non-refundable, not replaceable if lost or stolen, and are void if altered or reproduced.
This pass does not guarantee parking availability. For your safety, please remember that parking outside of designated areas is discouraged and visitors who park illegally may be fined and towed.
