Located on Rays Lake Road and managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Rays Lake Park is a public recreation facility on Lake Seminole that features a moderate-grade, ADA-accessible boat ramp providing immediate water access for motorboats, kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards. In addition to water launch capabilities, the park offers visitor amenities including a sheltered picnic area and indoor restrooms with running water. A daily boat launching fee applies at this location, making it a convenient and well-maintained launch point for anglers and recreational boaters exploring the reservoir.

If purchasing your pass on-site, no printed copy will be available. Instead, your license plate number will be used to confirm compliance.

If purchasing a pass in advance, a printed copy of your pass is recommended for your vehicle.

This pass is valid until 11:59 PM of the date listed on the pass, and only for the date and vehicle specified for this pass.

Passes are non-transferrable, non-refundable, not replaceable if lost or stolen, and are void if altered or reproduced.

You must exhange the digital USACE Annual Pass for a physical hangtag within 14 days.
