This annual pass allows boaters to launch vessels from boat ramps operated by Wilson Lake - US Army Corps of Engineers.
Wilson Lake - USACE boat ramps are found in Lucas Park, Minooka Park and the Spillway Boat Ramp along Highway 232.
Digital receipt must be validated for a physical pass with 14 days. Validation location include the Park booths at Lucas, Minooka, and Sylvan Park or Wilson Lake Project office.

All visitors utilizing the boat ramp must possess a valid Day Use pass.
Annual Day Use Passes are available for purchase at $40.00 per pass. Annual Day Use Passes are valid for all day use facilities at U.S. Army Corps of Engineers operated parks for one year after purchase date.
Visitors MUST redeem the digital receipt of an online Annual Pass for the permanent plastic hang tag to be used in a private vehicle within 14 days after the purchase date. For more information on exchanging for a plastic hang tag please call the Wilson Lake Project Office at (785) 658-2551.

Seasonal Locations from May 15th - September 15th: Lucas Park Booth, Minooka Park Booth and Sylvan Park Booth.
Passes are non-transferable, nonrefundable, not replaceable if lost or stolen, and void if altered or reproduced.
This pass does not guarantee parking availability. For your safety, please remember that parking outside of designated areas is discouraged and visitors who park illegally may be fined and towed.
