Sullivan Beach Pass

Lake Shelbyville

Sullivan Beach sits on the northeast shore of Lake Shelbyville. The beach facility includes a combination comfort station and shower house, as well as a reservable picnic shelter. For visitor safety and convenience, a life jacket loaner station is stocked with life jackets of all sizes. Sullivan Beach Hours: Starting on the third Saturday in May to the Sunday following Labor Day, Sullivan Beach is open daily from 8AM - Sunset.

This pass is valid for 1 vehicle until sunset on the date listed on the pass, and only for the date and vehicle specified for this pass.

Passes are non-transferrable, non-refundable, not replaceable if lost or stolen, and are void if altered or reproduced.

All visitors utilizing the beach (unless camping) must possess a valid day use pass.

If purchasing your pass on-site, no printed copy will be available. Instead, your license plate number will be used to confirm compliance.

If purchasing a pass in advance, a printed copy of your pass is recommended for your vehicle.

This pass does not guarantee parking availability. For your safety, please remember that parking outside of designated areas is discouraged and visitors who park illegally may be fined and towed.

All swimmers must stay within the yellow buoy line system.

No food or drinks allowed on the sand.

No alcohol allowed in the Beach Day Use Area.

Pets are not allowed on the sand and must be restrained on a 6ft or less leash at all times.

Title 36 CFR governs the public use of water resources development projects administered by the Chief of Engineers. Visitors to any Corps project are bound by these Title 36 regulations, which are enforced by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
