Blue Bill Point is located on the banks of Flat Rock Bay on tranquil Fort Gibson Lake in northeastern Oklahoma. The gradual sloping shoreline offers easy access to the water for fishing, swimming and mooring boats. This protected shallow cove is an ideal location for kayaks and canoes.
There are 2 boat ramps located within this area along with a courtesy dock. Passes are non-transferable and temporary annual passes can be exchanged at the gate shack during normal operating hours.
All visitors utilizing the boat ramp (unless camping) must possess a valid day use pass.
If purchasing your pass on-site, no printed copy will be available. Instead, your license plate number will be used to confirm compliance.
If purchasing a pass in advance, a printed copy of your pass is recommended for your vehicle.
This pass does not guarantee parking availability. For your safety, please remember that parking outside of designated areas is discouraged and visitors who park illegally may be fined and towed.
This pass is valid until 11:59 PM of the date listed on the pass, and only for the date and vehicle specified for this pass.

Annual paper passes are valid for 14 days from day of purchase and must be exchanged for a permanent US Army Corps of Engineers Annual Day Use Pass plastic hang tag to be valid at all USACE facilities.
