Mill Creek is located near Northport, Alabama, just below the William Bacon Oliver Lock & Dam on the Black Warrior River. The park's boat ramp has two lanes for access, asphalt parking, and a restroom nearby. The landing is a popular spot for fishing tournaments and boating recreation. Mill Creek Boat Ramp is subject to flooding when high water events occur. Please review park conditions prior to your trip to ensure there are no closures.

All visitors at Mill Creek are required to pay a use fee. Please be prepared to show your hard copy pass or digital pass on your mobile device.

Print out or download the pass on your mobile device in advance of your visit. Connectivity may be limited, and the pass must be available to show at all times when visiting Mill Creek.
