Overview

Small, wooded 5 unit campground adjacent to the Cranberry River.

Located on Forest Road 76, approximately 7 miles north of Richwood, WV. 

Facilities

Hand pump for water, vault toilet, trash receptacles. At each campsite you will find paved spur, picnic tables, lantern post, and fire ring.

Near the Cranberry River. 

Recreation

Fishing is allowed in the adjacent Cranberry River. A valid West Virginia State Fishing License is required, along with a National Forest Stamp a Conservation stamp, and a trout stamp. Please contact the West Virginia Division of Natural Resources for more information on fishing and hunting licensing requirements.

  • Be Bear Aware; keep all food out of site in approved containers or locked inside your vehicle and remove all food from area after eating

  • No RV hookups are available

  • Limit 2 vehicles per campsite

  • Don't move firewood: To limit the spread of invasive tree-killing pests, firewood from outside the area is not permitted. Some states have quarantines and may confiscate your firewood.
