From Sumatra, take SR 65 south for 1.6 miles.
Turn right (west) on Forest Road 101 and go 1.5 miles.
Turn Left (south) on Forest Road 101B and go one mile to campground entrance.

Boating
For canoe enthusiasts, the trip from Cotton Landing, on Kennedy Creek, to Hickory Landing on Owl Creek via the Apalachicola River is a favorite full-day paddle.
Hickory Landing, on Owl Creek, is another excellent put-in for the two-mile trip to the Apalachicola River. Owl Creek is deep and wide, lined by the beautiful river swamp habitat of the Apalachicola floodplain.
Hiking
Hikers will enjoy access to the Wright Lake Trail, a 4.6-mile loop. The birding here is excellent and nearby pitcher plant bogs bloom in March and April.

Site is open to ALL campers year round. During hunting season, be aware of the hunting environment.
