RV overnight parking at Stevens Pass is available year round (closed on Tuesdays in winter). It offers a unique experience for our guests who want to spend the night, or the weekend, in the comfort of their own RV. Complete with 30-amp electric hook ups, access to resort amenities, and adventures for the entire family, booking an RV site is the perfect mountain getaway.
The Stevens Pass RV Lot is located adjacent to the Stevens Pass Mountain Resort. It offers unpaved parking stalls complete with 30amp electric hookups, access to portable restrooms, trash service, and all day lodge amenities. During operational seasons, guests can enjoy skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, disc golf, and food and beverage offerings. Stevens Pass is just a short drive from Skykomish and Leavenworth, providing even more fun for the whole family.
The base area of Stevens Pass sits at approximately 4000ft, within the Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie and Okanagan-Wenatchee National Forests, making it the perfect gateway for your next adventure. The area is home to towering pines, vibrant wildflowers, and multiple alpine lakes.
Stevens Pass is a resort with a humble attitude and humbling terrain. In the winter, 52 trails, 3 terrain parks, 13 lifts, and an average of 460 inches of snow provide a skiing and riding experience for everyone. In the summer, 14 mountain bike trails, 3 hiking trails (plus the PCT), and a mountain disc golf course provide fun for the whole family.

Nestled at the base of the Cascades, the charming town of Leavenworth offers a little something for everyone. For the adventurous, the area provides a cornucopia of outdoor activities. If you'd like to keep things more low-key, downtown offers a myriad of shops, restaurants, and fun for the whole family.
Check in from 5p.m. Check-out prior to 4p.m.
There are no water or sewer hook-ups available. A dump station is available at the Nason Creek Safety Rest Area 17.5 miles east.
Quiet time is from 10 pm to 7 am.
Park RV at a 30-degree angle to snowbank. Back-in facing exit.
Take pride in your campsite and keep it free of trash.
Be courteous and sensitive to your RV neighbors & Stevens Pass staff.
Be aware that exhaust and smoke from vehicles, BBQ’s and fires can negatively affect your neighbors. Know which way the wind blows.
Campfires must be in a raised, contained fire pit. Ash and burnt logs must be carried out.
NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. Violators are subject to USFS citation and/or banned from resort property.
Maximum of two (2) dogs per site. Dogs must be leashed at all times. Dogs are not permitted on ski lifts or inside any resort lodges, except for service dogs specifically trained to assist a person with a disability.
Unpaid vehicles will result in your lift ticket or pass being placed on hold until paid in full.
Violators will be asked to leave the premises immediately. Repeat violators may be banned for the remainder of the season, at the sole discretion of Stevens Pass.
Reselling or transferring RV reservations is strictly prohibited. Identification of guests arriving must match name on reservation.
Stevens Pass is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items, RVs or vehicles left in the parking lot, or RVs or vehicles that are towed.
Using the parking lot is at your own risk. In consideration for use of the parking lot, you waive all claims for injuries, losses, or damages against Stevens Pass (VR NW Holdings, Inc.) and you accept all responsibility for losses, damages, or injuries that may occur.
Violations of any rule or policy may result in restrictions to RV lot privileges and access to Stevens Pass resort amenities
