Blue Creek is located on Oologah Lake in northeast Oklahoma, about 45 miles from Tulsa. The lake provides an ideal getaway for fishing, boating, picnicking and camping. Prevailing winds make Oologah one of the most popular lakes in the area for sailing.

No person shall bring or allow dogs, cats, or other pets into developed recreation areas or adjacent waters unless penned, caged, on a leash under 6ft in lenth or otherwise physically restrained.
Wild or exotic pets and animals,or any animals displaying vicioius or aggressive behavior,or otherwise posing a threat to public safety, or deemed a public nuisance are prohibited from project lands and waters unless authorized by the Distrcit Commander.
A camping unit at one or more campsites at any one lake for a period longer than 14 days durring any 30-consecutive day period is prohibited without the written permission of the District Commander.
American the Beautiful/Golden Age/Golden Access passes are limited to one campsite per pass. Pass holder must be present or discounnt may be terminated.
Pass holders will be asked to provide the physical pass at time of check in. Failure to provide such pass or pass misuse may result in discount termination or may void pass validity all together.
The dump station at Blue Creek is currently out of service. Please use Spencer Creek or Hawthorn Bluff dump station until the issue is resolved. Thank you!
From Tulsa, OK, take U.S. Highway 169 north for 23 miles to Highway 88. Turn right and continue for nearly 6 miles. Turn right onto Edgewater Road, then left on Spencer Creek Road. After about a mile turn left onto Blue Creek Road and continue into the campground.
