Need to Know
In addition to the shelter reservation fee, all cars visiting the shelter must pay for a $5 day use pass or properly display a valid annual pass upon entering the park.
This picnic area has electricity.
This shelter has approximately 8 tables and a large grill. It is located adjacent to a large playground and horseshoe pits. It has an area suitable for volleyball, however, the equipment is not furnished. There are three shelters between Horseshoe Bend East and Horseshoe Bend West. This pavilion is in Horseshoe Bend West.
All trash generated during the reservation must be removed from the shelter and properly disposed of in one of the dumpsters provided around the park or removed from the park entirely.
This shelter is located in the camping area in the proximity of sites 91-106 and is close to the launching ramp.
