Need to Know
GDS #3, #4, #5 and #6 are picnic shelters available for "Day Use" only (9:00am-10:00pm), and NOT for overnight camping. These four group picnic shelters are in an area (Bloomington Beach) that is gated and closed nightly at 10:00pm. Additionally, each vehicle parked at Bloomington Beach is required to display a valid day use/ annual pass, these passes are not included with shelter reservations but may be purchased at the automatic fee station (located at either the Bloomington East main entrance or at the southwest corner of the beach parking lot).
