Need to Know
Food storage regulations are strictly enforced in this campground. Generator use is allowed between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. There are no hookups or showers at this campground. Pets are allowed, but must be kept on a leash and may not be left unattended.
- Site A11 may be reserved for tents or small enclosed vehicles; it is not suitable for larger RVs. This site will not accomodate use of slide outs or awnings. Site is better suited for camper vans and truck campers.
- The site includes a tent pad, a picnic table, and a fire ring. The 26 feet long parking pad allows for the parking of one additional vehicle with a small RV or two vehicles for tent campers.
- Caution: Bears and other wildlife frequent the area. All food and equipment used to prepare and store food must be kept in a sealed vehicle or camping unit of solid, non-pliable material AT ALL TIMES when not in use. All scented items, as well as all water containers MUST be stored. Dispose of garbage promptly in dumpsters provided. Unattended or improperly stored coolers, food and/or scented items may be impounded by campground staff. Violators are subject to fines.
Only heat treated firewood in original packaging and bearing certification from the USDA or a state agency may be brought into the park. Heat treated wood is available for purchase from private businesses in areas around the park. There is no firewood or ice available for purchase at the campground.
