Site is UNAVAILABLE for reservations at this time for maintenance and rehabilitation to improve site conditions and visitor experience.
Due to the amphitheater's proximity to a critical wastewater pump station, you may unpredictably experience an odor during certain weather conditions. The amphitheater is used for events, ceremonies, and group campfires.
Use the ALTERNATE gathering site located at the Campfire Circle adjacent to the main parking area and NPS office building. Access to the campfire circle is best by the bulletin board close to the building.
The amphitheater is NOT a campsite, and overnight camping is NOT allowed at the amphitheater.
Between dusk and dawn, the amphitheater is for use by those with a valid camping reservation only.
Access to the amphitheater is limited to walking and the use of assistive mobility devices only. Vehicles are not allowed to be driven to the amphitheater.
Access to the amphitheater is by way of either of the following routes:
A dirt/grass surfaced route originating at the comfort station located by Campsites C, D, and E.
a gravel pathway that originates by Campsites G, H, and I and travels behind the comfort station, park offices, and Campsite F.
