Need to Know
There is a 5 consecutive day stay limit. A break of 7 days is requested before making another reservation.
- The cabin, itself, is not fully accessible; however, individuals with disabilities may find that it is suitable to reserve. There is level access into the first floor of the cabin. Stairs provide access to the second floor. Prior to making a reservation, it is highly recommended that individuals call the District Office at 406-293-7773 to discuss the cabin's offerings and whether or not it will meet specific visitor needs.
Domestic pets, including horses, are allowed; however, horses must be kept away from the cabin and not in the yard area.
Those staying at the cabin can also bring an RV, motorhome or tent.
A mandatory Food Storage Order is in place on this Forest. One of the best ways to protect your family (and visitors that follow you) is to keep all food, garbage and other attractants stored in an animal resistant manner. If unattended; food or garbage must be:
• Stored inside a bear-resistant container (most coolers are NOT certified bear resistant)
• Stored in a closed vehicle (Hard sided camper, vehicle trunk, or cab)
We appreciate your extra effort on keeping a clean camp!
