Ouachita-Black River - Calion Pool

Overview

Ouachita-Black River - Calion Pool is managed by Us Army Corps of Engineers and is located near El Dorado, Arkansas. Ouachita-Black Rivers System in AR and LA has four locks and dams. There are boat ramps and picnicking facilities on the river. The Felsenthal National Wildlife Refuge is located along the river near the AR and LA border.
