Whitney Point

Overview

Whitney Point is managed by Us Army Corps of Engineers and is located near Marathon, New York. Broome County operates Dorchester Park on Whitney Point Lake. Day use facilities include a beach, boat launch, picnic area, pavilions and open play areas. The NYDEC manages the fishery in the lake and the surrounding forest and fields for wildlife.
