Westville Lake

Overview

Westville Lake is managed by Us Army Corps of Engineers and is located near Southbridge, Massachusetts. The developed, handicapp accessble park includes a 3-acre athletic field popular with softball and soccer players and kite flyers. Numerous picnic tables, some with charcoal stoves and two picnic shelters with large 4x4 charcoal stoves are available. The shelters are reservable. Photographers, hikers and bird watchers enjoy the undeveloped lands. The abandoned old Grand Truck Railroad parallels the Quinebaug River and is a popular walking and hiking trail.
