Leesville Lake is managed by Us Army Corps of Engineers and is located near Bowerston, Ohio. Recreation facilities at the Corps' Leesville Lake are operated by the Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District. Visit their website at: www.mwcdlakes.com. Golden Age and Golden Access and other Federal passports are not honored at MWCD facilities. A popular camping spot for youth and church groups.
