Overview

China Meadows Trailhead Campground is located on the northern slope of the Uinta Mountains at an elevation of 10,000 feet. It is an access point to the High Uinta Wilderness where visitors enjoy fishing, canoeing and exploring local trails. The site offers 11 single camp sites, picnic tables, fire rings and vault restroom facilities. There is plenty of parking for the trailhead and campsites. China Meadows Trailhead Campground is a small campground located at China Meadows Trailhead. The campground is timbered and near China Lake. The Uinta Mountains are comprised of beautiful canyons, soaring peaks, pristine lakes, rivers and streams. Outdoor enthusiasts come to enjoy the natural beauty of this rugged region.
