Chokecherry Picnic Area is located in scenic Logan Canyon at an elevation of 5,400 feet. It is situated on the banks of the Logan River just 10.1 miles east of Logan, Utah. Visitors enjoy fishing, tubing and exploring local trails. This site offers 4 single picnic sites each with a picnic table and fire ring. The picnic area offers vault restroom facilities. The picnic area is located on the banks of the Logan River and offers great access for fishing. Chokecherry is a riverside location where the sounds of the river provide a pleasant background to an enjoyable, relaxing picnic. The Logan River offers great fishing, tubing and canoeing opportunities. Numerous hiking and mountain biking trails crisscross the area.
