Agate Reservoir

Overview

Agate Reservoir is managed by Bureau of Reclamation and is located near Eagle Point, Oregon. Agate Dam and Reservoir, features of the Rogue River Basin Project, are located about 10 miles northeast of Medford, Oregon. Agate Dam is a zoned earthfill structure on Dry Creek. The reservoir covers 216 surface acres. Fish species include largemouth bass, black crappie, brown bullhead, bluegill, yellow perch, and rainbow trout. The season is open year-round.
