Phillips Lake

Overview

Phillips Lake is managed by Bureau of Reclamation and is located near Baker City, Oregon. Phillips Lake was formed by the construction of Mason Dam which is a feature of the Baker Project. Recreation on this 2,235-acre reservoir is located approximately 15 miles southwest of Baker City, Oregon off Oregon 7. Anglers will find largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, rainbow trout, black crappie, yellow perch, and coho salmon. Season open year-round. Many waterfowl rest at the reservoir during migration, especially Canada geese.
