Santa Ana National Wildlife Refuge
Passes provide access to the Santa Ana NWR visitor center, restrooms, and bookstore as well as the 14 miles of walking trails, observation tower, suspension bridge, and 7-mile biking loop and auto tour (on paved road only). Refuge activities are free to passholders, except for tram tours which require a separate fee.
All passes (daily, annual, and federal) are valid to be used from sunrise to sunset and should be available to show upon request. Visitor center is open daily from 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. and the refuge is open from sunrise to sunset except on Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Please note admission to the refuge is free the first Sunday of every month. Passes are available to be purchased on these days but are not required for entry.
Daily passes admit the pass purchaser and up to 15 passengers in their personal vehicle for the day of purchase. Daily passes expire at sunset on the day of use.
Annual passes are valid for 12 months from the month of purchase and include admission for the pass purchaser and up to 15 passengers in a personal vehicle.
