Adams National Historical Park
Adams National Historical Park also accepts payment in person during Operating Hours and honors valid Interagency Passes (Annual, Senior, Access, Military, etc.). Purchase separate ticket reservations for guided tours of the historic homes (no reservations needed for self-guided tours of the Adams Farm at Penn's Hill). Visit the park's Fees and Reservations page for details.
Do NOT purchase a digital site pass now if you have a valid America the Beautiful-the National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands annual or lifetime (interagency) pass (e.g. Senior, Military, 4th Grade, etc) OR if you are planning to get an annual or lifetime pass when you arrive (review options in link above).
You are purchasing a site pass that covers entrance fees at Adams National Historical Park. The park requires all visitors 16 and older to pay an entrance fee.
Your purchase of an entrance pass does not guarantee a tour inside the Adams Farm at Penn's Hill (the John Adams and John Quincy Adams Birthplaces), the Old House at Peace field, or the Stone Library. If you wish to tour these sites, we recommend booking Adams National Historical Park tour reservations in advance. You can also get tour reservations on the day of your visit on a limited, first-come, first-served basis at the Visitor Center. Interior access to all buildings depends on staff availability and weather conditions.
Please be prepared to show your site pass on your mobile device or printed on paper.
Entrance passes are non-transferrable, non-refundable, will not be replaced if lost or stolen and will be void if altered or reproduced.
Bag Policy. Backpacks, luggage, and bags larger than 9" x 11" x 5" are not permitted in the historic homes. The park does not have storage lockers for these items. We recommend leaving them in your vehicle or at your hotel. Bags may not be left unattended on park grounds. Anyone carrying a backpack or a bag larger than 9" x 11" x 5" will not be permitted in the historic homes.
