On January 1, 2026, changes to National Park Entrance Fees and Passes for non-residents took effect.

Each pass is issued to one person (the pass holder) who must be present and show valid photo identification each time the pass is used. U.S. citizen or resident identification includes a U.S. driver's license, U.S. passport, or U.S. permanent resident card.

Each individual aged 16 and older is required to pay an entrance fee. Please be prepared to show your physical pass or digital pass on your mobile device.

This pass is only valid for entrance fees at Dry Tortugas National Park.

Print out or download the pass on your mobile device in advance of your visit. There is currently no cell phone service or Wi-Fi at Dry Tortugas, and the pass must be available to show at all times while visiting.

Passes are non-transferrable, non-refundable, not replaceable if lost or stolen, and are void if altered or reproduced.
