Padre Island National Seashore
Padre Island National Seashore also accepts payment in person during Operating Hours and honors valid America the Beautiful Passes (Annual, Senior, Access, Military, etc.). Beginning January 1, 2026, changes to National Park Entrance Fees and Passes for non-residents and motorcycles take effect.
Frequent visitors, seniors, military, and others may save money on entrance fees with an America the Beautiful Pass.
Do NOT purchase a site pass now if you have a valid America the Beautiful annual or lifetime pass OR are planning to get one.
Each pass is issued to one person (the pass holder) who must be present and show valid photo identification each time the pass is used. U.S. citizen or resident identification includes a U.S. driver's license, U.S. passport, or U.S. permanent resident card.
Please ensure you select the correct pass before proceeding to payment. If you already own a valid Interagency Pass (Annual, Senior, Access, Military, etc.). you do NOT need to purchase another pass.
Entrance passes are separate from camping or Bird Island Basin Boat Ramp fees.
This pass is only valid for entrance fees at Padre Island National Seashore. All visitors 16 years of age and older are required to pay an entrance fee at Padre Island National Seashore. Please be prepared to show your physical pass or digital pass on your mobile device.Passes are non-transferrable, non-refundable, not replaceable if lost or stolen, and are void if altered or reproduced.
