Pre-Paid Group Tickets
Castillo De San Marcos National Monument Tours
The pre-paid group entry ticket allows visitors to purchase entry tickets in advance for groups ranging between 8 and 38 people. Advance purchase allows for a group to enter together at selected times without having to stand in line for individual tickets. A standard entry ticket costing $15 per person must be purchased for everyone in the group age 16 and older. Children 15 and under must be accompanied by someone 16 and older but do not need a ticket for entry.
Restrictions
Purchasing pre-paid group entry tickets does not allow Interagency Pass discounts such as Senior Annual Passes, Senior Lifetime Passes, Access Passes or Military/Veteran Passes to be applied at the time of purchase.
Interagency Pass holders wishing to use their pass for entry should not purchase pre-paid group entry tickets. Instead, they should present their pass and identification to the fee collector at the entrance station the day of their arrival.
The group must be together to enter the facility at the same time.
Groups larger than 38 people will need to split up and purchase separate entry times or purchase additional individual tickets upon arrival.
Pre-paid entry tickets do not permit the use of commercial tour guide services while visiting the Castillo.
Refund & Reservation Modification Notice
Refund requests must be requested through Recreation.gov at least 24 hours in advance and may be subject to a cancellation fee. Same day refunds are prohibited.

- No Pets
Pets are prohibited inside the fort. Service animals that meet the definition under the Americans with Disabilities Act are permitted.
- Accessibility
The lower level of the fort and most rooms are accessible. The upper level, called the terreplein, is not wheelchair/scooter accessible and has 47 steps to reach that level.
