Scenic Drive 1-Day Personal Vehicle Entry
Red Rock Canyon Scenic Drive Timed Entry
Provides access for one private vehicle or up to two motorcycles or scooters to access the Scenic Drive including the Visitor Center, designated parking areas, hiking trails, and picnic areas along the route. Please be advised that some parking areas may close if there is no parking spaces available. The busiest times are between 9am - 3pm on weekends, holidays, and fee free days. The 13-mile (20.9 km) drive takes about 40 minutes without stopping.
Need to Know
- Timed Entry
This timed entry reservation is valid for the day and entry time indicated on the ticket, with an allowance for a 30-minute early arrival. Once entered, visitors can stay the entire duration of the day that the Scenic Drive is open to the public. Reservations are required October 1 to May 31, 8 am- 5 pm.

Re-entry into the Scenic Drive after your one-hour entry reservation will require a new reservation.
- Entering the Conservation Area
Please have a printed or digital copy of your reservation ticket available to be scanned BEFORE arriving at the entrance station. Current Pass holders must provide a physical pass for validation.

October: 6 am to 7 pm PST | November – February: 6 am to 5 pm PST | March: 6 am to 7 pm PST | April- September: 6 am to 8 pm PST
- Fee Free Day Tickets
Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area participates in entrance fee-free days. On these significant days of celebration or commemoration, all entrance fees are waived. To reserve a ticket for a Fee Free day, select Scenic Drive 1-Day Personal Vehicle Fee Free Day or Scenic Drive 1-Day RV/Trailer Fee Free Entry. Fee Free days are as follows:
