Moab Day Use Sites
The Moab Area BLM has several day use sites available for group gatherings and events. Currently the Colorado River Day Use Area is available for reservation. The eastern half of this site can be reserved for group gatherings up to 50 people. It offers a large shade structure, picnic tables, BBQ grill, vault toilet and spectacular views of the Colorado River and massive red rock canyon cliffs.

Wedding ceremonies and receptions require a letter of agreement from the Moab Field Office: blm_ut_mb_srp@blm.gov or (435) 259-2100.
All commercial and competitive use requires a special recreation permit. Contact the Moab Field Office, blm_ut_mb_srp@blm.gov or (435) 259-2100.
Amplified music is NOT allowed.
There are NO dumpsters/trash receptacles or drinking water. All trash must be removed.
Ravens, chipmunks and other wildlife frequent the site; NEVER leave food or trash unattended.
Gusty winds are possible; ALWAYS secure all gear, food, and trash.
