Outpost Meadow Picnic Pods
Welcome to the new Outpost Meadow Picnic Pods! Here you can enjoy the nearby Outpost playground, Crissy Field, and the Outpost Meadow. Take in the views and gather with your friends and family at these reservable picnic pods. Bring your own food to grill or buy prepared meals at one of the rotating cast of mobile food vendors. Each pod can host up to 45 people, is semi-private and surrounded by native plants. With amazing Golden Gate Bridge views and proximity to some of Tunnel Tops favorite attractions, you won't find a better location for a family-friendly gathering.
Please note that events happening elsewhere in the Presidio may impact traffic and parking around the Tunnel Tops and Outpost Meadow. To find out more about events happening in the Presidio, visit our Presidio Events Calendar.
The Outpost Meadow, adjacent to the Picnic Pods, is not included with a Picnic Pod reservation. It is a shared space and at times, may be used for public events and activities. For additional questions, please email us at picnic@presidiotrust.gov.

One (1) Picnic Site reservation per group per day is permitted. Reservation Holder(s) may not combine reservations to form larger parties even if the other Reservation Holder is under a different name. Violation of this rule will cause forfeiture of all Reservation Holder(s) security deposits by members of the same group.
This reservation is only for casual picnicking. For groups of 50 people or more, please review the Lawn Rentals and Special Use Permit webpage for more information on getting an Special Use Permit and rental options. For direct questions contact Outdoorevents@presidiotrust.gov .
