Top of the Santa Ynez Mountain Range, overlooking the city of Santa Barbara. Coulter pines, maple trees, manzanita, bay trees, chaparral. There is a ΒΌ mile hike past the locked gate to the picnic area on top. Next to the day use area there is an old Forest Service fire lookout tower that is closed to the public.
