Purchased by John and Abigail Adams in 1787, see the home that the Adams family would retreat to escape politics. From First Ladies to Diplomats, Old House at Peace field provides an intimate glimpse into the lives of the Adams Family.

The tour will meet on the front porch of Old House at Peace field (135 Adams Street). Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the tour. Any ticket not picked up 15 minutes may be given to another guest. Restrooms available in the Carriage House.
Masks are not required for entry to Old House at Peace field, but you may choose to wear one. If you have symptoms or exposure to someone with COVID-19 you should wear a mask. Entrance to Old House at Peace field is by advanced reservation only.
No backpacks, luggage, large bags, or strollers are allowed on the guided tour.
The historic homes are not climate controlled. Expect hot, humid conditions in the summer. Tours may be modified as a result of weather or temperature.
No food or drinks are allowed inside the historic homes.
Smoking and vaping is prohibited on park property and inside park strutures.
