Boat anchorage in Goose Bay is shallow (less than 20') and made up of mostly mud and Eel grass. There are no mooring buoys. Anchor at your own risk.
GOOSE BAY CABIN:
This cabin sleeps 6 - 8 people
Cabin is equipped with wooden bunks, table, benches, an oil drip (Kerosene) stove for heat and a outdoor toilet. Campfires at this site should be contained well below the high tide line to prevent damage to fragile muskeg. Occasionally poor weather can result in extended stays, and cabin users should be prepared for this. Kerosene fuel for the stove is not provided. Cabin users should bring their own sleeping bags, pads, cook stoves/ utencils, food and fuel (kerosene).
